Zespół administracyjny P&P widzi wszystko co sam wpisujesz lub przesyłasz:
Twoje imię, email, telefon, adres, miasto, kod pocztowy
KvK, BTW, IBAN (potrzebne do wypłaty)
Zgłoszone godziny i opis wykonanej pracy
Dokumenty które wgrałeś (ID, KvK, VOG, ubezpieczenie, umowa)
Dostępne dni i daty niedostępności
Czego P&P NIE widzi
Twojej lokalizacji w czasie rzeczywistym
Twoich prywatnych wiadomości (WhatsApp, SMS)
Zdjęć czy plików których nie wgrałeś sam
Innych klientów z którymi pracujesz poza P&P
Kto jeszcze może zobaczyć Twoje dane
Belastingdienst może żądać Twoich godzin, umów i dokumentów w przypadku kontroli skarbowej (zgodnie z prawem holenderskim, art. 47 AWR). Jest to wymóg prawny — nie decyzja P&P.
Poza tym — nikt. Dane nie są udostępniane stronom trzecim, nie są sprzedawane, nie są używane do reklam.
Gdzie leżą Twoje dane
Serwer: Supabase (Unia Europejska, Niemcy). Hostowane w ramach GDPR/RODO.
Dokumenty: szyfrowane, dostępne tylko dla Ciebie i administratorów P&P.
Backup: codzienny, na serwer w Holandii (Strato).
Twoje prawa
Wgląd: możesz zobaczyć wszystkie swoje dane w zakładce „Mój Profil"
Korekta: możesz edytować lub usunąć błędne dane
Usunięcie: napisz do P&P — usuwamy w ciągu 30 dni (poza dokumentami wymaganymi prawnie)
Eksport: dostępny na żądanie (CSV)
Jak długo przechowujemy dane
Umowy, faktury i godziny: 7 lat (wymóg Belastingdienst). Wiadomości i zgłoszenia: 2 lata. Dokumenty (VOG, ID): tak długo jak jesteś aktywny u P&P.

Het admin-team van P&P ziet alles wat jij zelf invoert of uploadt:

Wie anders kan jouw gegevens zien
De Belastingdienst kan jouw uren, contracten en documenten opvragen bij een belastingcontrole (wettelijke plicht, art. 47 AWR). Dit is een wettelijke verplichting — geen keuze van P&P.
Verder niemand. Gegevens worden niet gedeeld met derden, niet verkocht, niet gebruikt voor advertenties.
Waar staan jouw gegevens
Server: Supabase (Europese Unie, Duitsland). Gehost onder GDPR/AVG.
Documenten: versleuteld, alleen toegankelijk voor jou en P&P-admins.
Backup: dagelijks naar een server in Nederland (Strato).
Jouw rechten
Inzage: alle gegevens zichtbaar in tab „Mijn Profiel"
Correctie: onjuiste gegevens kun je zelf bewerken of laten verwijderen
Verwijdering: mail P&P — binnen 30 dagen verwijderd (behalve wettelijk verplichte documenten)
Export: op verzoek als CSV
Hoe lang bewaren we
Contracten, facturen, uren: 7 jaar (Belastingdienst-eis). Berichten en meldingen: 2 jaar. Documenten (VOG, ID): zolang je actief bent bij P&P.

What P&P sees
The P&P admin team sees everything you enter or upload:
Your name, email, phone, address, city, postcode
KvK, BTW, IBAN (needed for payouts)
Hours you log and descriptions of work done
Documents you upload (ID, KvK, VOG, insurance, contract)
Available days and unavailability dates
What P&P does NOT see
Your real-time location
Your private messages (WhatsApp, SMS)
Photos or files you did not upload yourself
Other clients you work for outside P&P
Who else can see your data
The Dutch Tax Authority (Belastingdienst) can request your hours, contracts and documents in a tax audit (legal obligation, art. 47 AWR). This is a legal requirement — not P&P's choice.
Beyond that — nobody. Data is not shared with third parties, not sold, not used for advertising.
Where your data lives
Server: Supabase (European Union, Germany). Hosted under GDPR.
Documents: encrypted, accessible only to you and P&P admins.
Backup: daily, to a server in the Netherlands (Strato).
Your rights
Access: all your data visible in the "My Profile" tab
Correction: edit or remove incorrect data yourself
Deletion: email P&P — removed within 30 days (except legally mandated documents)
Export: on request as CSV
Retention
Contracts, invoices, hours: 7 years (Belastingdienst requirement). Messages and reports: 2 years. Documents (VOG, ID): as long as you are active at P&P.
